Kanye West barred from performing at Grammy

The American rapper – who is up for five awards this year – had not been confirmed as a performer at the forthcoming ceremony, which will take place on 4 April.

West’s rep cited a report on Friday claiming that the artist’s team received a phone call informing him he had been removed from the lineup of performers for the show due to his “concerning online behavior.
