Event Details Event: Open-Air Indian Summer Party — 2nd Edition Date: Saturday, 27th June Time: From 12:00 PM Venue: OEL & AEDEN Garden, Schleusenufer 3, 10997 Berlin Stages: Bollywood | South | Bolly Techno Organizer: BreakFree Events / [Insert legal company name] Event details, timings, stage programming, artists, performances, and activities may be subject to change. 2. Tickets A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be purchased through official sales channels only. The organizer is not responsible for fake, duplicated, resold, stolen, or invalid tickets purchased from unofficial sources. Each ticket grants one-time entry to the event unless otherwise stated. Re-entry is subject to venue policy and capacity restrictions. Tickets must be shown at the entrance either digitally or printed. The QR code or ticket barcode must be clearly visible and scannable. 3. Refund Policy All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund options, if applicable, will be communicated through the official ticketing platform or organizer channels. No refunds will be issued for personal reasons, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, missed entry time, change of plans, refusal of entry due to invalid ID, intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow event rules. For online ticket purchases for a specific-dated leisure event, the usual 14-day cooling-off period may not apply under EU consumer rules for concert/event tickets and similar services tied to a specific date. 4. Age Restriction & ID Check This is an 18+ event unless officially stated otherwise. All guests must bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, national ID card, residence permit, or driving licence. Student cards, photos of IDs, or expired documents may not be accepted. The organizer and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry if a guest cannot prove their age or identity. No refund will be issued in this case. Alcohol will only be served in accordance with German law. Under German youth protection rules, spirits and strong alcoholic beverages are not permitted for minors, and alcohol access is age-restricted. 5. Entry & Security Entry is subject to security checks and venue capacity. The organizer, venue, and security team reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event without refund if they: Are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances Behave aggressively, dangerously, or disrespectfully Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other guests, staff, artists, or vendors Refuse to follow instructions from security, venue staff, or the organizer Bring prohibited items Attempt to enter with a fake, duplicated, or invalid ticket Violate venue rules or these Terms & Conditions The safety of guests, staff, artists, and vendors is the priority at all times. 6. Prohibited Items The following items are not allowed inside the event area: Weapons or sharp objects Fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics, or explosives Illegal substances Outside alcohol or drinks Glass bottles Professional cameras or recording equipment without permission Large bags, suitcases, or bulky items Drones Items that may cause harm, disruption, or damage Any item considered unsafe by security or venue staff Security has the final decision on whether an item is allowed. 7. Event Program & Stage Access The event includes 3 stages: Bollywood, South, and Bolly Techno. The organizer reserves the right to change stage timings, DJs, artists, performers, sound systems, layouts, or programming without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle guests to a refund. Access to specific areas may be limited due to safety, capacity, weather, technical requirements, or crowd-control reasons. 8. Open-Air Event & Weather This is an open-air event. Guests should dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions. The event may continue during normal summer weather, including light rain. In case of severe weather, safety risks, official warnings, technical issues, or force majeure events, the organizer may pause, delay, relocate, modify, or cancel parts of the event. No refund will be issued for weather-related discomfort unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer and refund terms are announced. 9. Water Guns & Activities Water guns and summer activities may be part of the event experience. Guests must use water guns responsibly and respectfully. Do not aim at DJs, artists, sound equipment, lighting equipment, bars, food stalls, security staff, or guests who do not wish to participate. The organizer may restrict or stop water-gun use at any time for safety or operational reasons. 10. Food, Drinks & Allergies Food and drinks may be available from vendors at the event. Guests are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, and dietary suitability directly with vendors before purchasing or consuming food or drinks. The organizer is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary issues caused by third-party vendors. Outside food and drinks may not be allowed unless approved by the venue or required for medical reasons. 11. Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy The event is a safe and inclusive space. Harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, hate speech, unwanted physical contact, intimidation, violence, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Guests who violate this policy may be removed immediately without refund and may be reported to the authorities where necessary. 12. Photography & Video Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, documentation, and press purposes. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photos or videos. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform event staff where reasonably possible. Professional photography, videography, livestreaming, or commercial recording by guests is not allowed without prior written permission from the organizer. 13. Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for their own belongings at all times. The organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Lost property inquiries can be made after the event through the organizer’s official contact channel. 14. Liability Guests attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their own behavior, safety, and belongings. The organizer is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by guest behavior, third-party vendors, weather, force majeure, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside the organizer’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury caused by negligence. 15. Force Majeure The organizer is not responsible for cancellation, delay, modification, or reduced event operation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, public safety risks, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, or other emergencies. 16. Changes to Terms The organizer reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions if necessary. The latest version published through the official event or ticketing channel will apply. 17. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights.
